How to request deletion of your Coal & Co. account and data

Wise Vision operates the Coal & Co. mobile app. This page explains how you can delete your customer account and what happens to your data. This information is provided to meet Google Play Store and other platform requirements for account deletion.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account using either of the following methods:

Option A — In the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Coal & Co. app on your device.
  2. Go to ProfileSettings.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm when prompted.

Option B — By email

If you cannot access the app, email us at support@wisevision.pk from the email address linked to your account (if any), or include the mobile phone number registered with your account. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and process your request.

Processing time

Account deletion via the app is processed immediately. Email requests are typically completed within 7 business days after we verify your identity. You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete.
