Wise Vision ("we", "us", "our") operates the Coal & Co. mobile application (the "App") to let you browse our menu, place food orders for pickup or delivery, and track order status. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

• Account information: mobile phone number, display name, and saved delivery addresses.
• Order information: items ordered, order type (pickup/delivery), delivery address, notes, payment method selected, and order status history.
• Verification data: one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your phone for login; OTP logs may include phone number, timestamp, and device/network metadata for security.
• Device & usage data: app version, device type, and push notification tokens if you enable notifications.
• Support communications: messages you send to our support team.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Authenticate you and manage your customer profile.
• Process, prepare, and deliver your orders.
• Send order-related SMS (e.g. OTP verification) via our messaging provider.
• Show order tracking and improve our services.
• Respond to support requests and resolve disputes.

4. Legal basis (where applicable)

We process personal data based on: (a) performance of a contract (fulfilling your orders); (b) your consent (e.g. optional notifications); and (c) legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), where permitted by law.

• Restaurant operations staff and delivery partners to fulfil orders.

We retain account and order data for as long as needed to provide the App, meet legal/accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us to delete it.

Your data may be processed on servers located in or outside Pakistan. By using the App, you consent to such processing where permitted by law.
